PMSI is located in a southern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. PMSI is licensed for business in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. Some states provide for temporary licensing, allowing PMSI to conduct commercial appraisals in other states upon request. Please contact us directly about locations outside of the licensed area.
